    United Metallurgical Company (UMC JSC, Russia) and the oil-and-gas company Hydro (Norway) signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement involves a set-up of production of large-diameter pipes according to DNV standards for subsea pipelines at the Vyksa Steel Works (in the Nizhegorodsky Region) incorporated into UMC.
