    The Russian Government has approved a strategic plan of Russia’s social and economic development for the next three years. The Rime-Minister Michael Fradkov has recommended to approve the project submitted by the RF Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (RF MEDT) and to «pick up the most dynamic scenario as a basic one.»
