    Following the European Union USA has also acknowledged Ukraine as a market economy country. This acknowledgement is definitely positive for Ukraine` s national production. However, insufficient experience of Ukrainian businessmen and an excessive number of laymen in Ukraine` s governmental structures don` t allow to use this benefit to its full capacity. This is an opinion of Dmitri Belokurov, the general director of the Ukrainian Steel Industry Association (UkrMet).
