    The Novolipetsk Integrated Iron & Steel Works (NLMK) ranks one of Russia` s metallurgical majors and forms the core asset of the NLMK JSC, a vertically integrated industrial group, which also incorporates the Stoilensky Mining and Processing Integrated Works, the KMA-Ruda Mill, the Tuapse Commercial Sea Port, the St. Petersburg Commercial Port, the Severnaya Oil&Gas Company as well as a number of enterprises producing refractory materials and coking coal. The group also incorporates Lipetskcombank, a Lipetsk-based commercial bank which ranks among twenty major regional commercial banks of Russia.
